Terrible service

DO NOT order anything from these people. You will sometimes get stock on time, other times they wont have the stock, and then they simply wont even bother telling you. The right thing to do here, is notify the customer, and let them choose to either wait for the stock to arrive, or choose an alternative product...

BUT Instead, they will just put your order on hold until they get stock in, and you must just wait without being told anything. GOOD LUCK asking for an update when your order still hasn't arrived in 10 days, because there is very little chance they will respond to you.

If this was the first time this has happened, I would be more understanding. But it has happened recently, and this is now the SECOND time in just 1 month. I told you guys last time to stop that nonsense, and do the decent thing by giving me the choice. It seems that was too difficult for you.

I chose cannabis to help manage my severe OCD and anxiety - This was supposed to be a company dedicated to medicinal cannabis - You are seriously lacking. I will never trust you guys again with my medicine.
