SACAA poor service and no stress to ones business

I have submitted my Documents, all are correct as per the process asked to follow. These documents were submitted before Close of business of December holiday. My Certificate of Registration is still not completed with very poor communication from my consultant in charge of my application Anastacia Mphela who can’t seem to understand that this process should not take longer than two weeks as per the requested time they ask for. Which In many options is poor and a good excuse to waste people’s time. While we sit waiting to receive our documents to continue with our businesses.
