I was studying a Financial Accounting Foundation Level but I decided to cancel my journey with them because of poor student support, their lecture is favoritism she don't care whether you understand what she was facilitating, their courses are very expensive but you still need to pay ICB R900 to register each examination but you already pay huge amount of money they are like a **** they just looking for money they service is very poor I advice you not to waste your money study via their College.

I signed a contract & paid a 50% deposit in 2022, of 10k, studying part time, & working. My intention was to study towards accounting decree through Sacob. In Jan 23, a debit order of +-R800, went off my account. I received the study guides, which i have & not as yet opened the packages. During the month of Feb 23, I was diagnosed with a severe medical condition & needed hospitalization treatments, I informed Sacob asking them to, put studies on hold, until further notice. Since 2023 to date, I've been receiving hospitalization treatment & due to my medical condition, I've been medically boarded from work. Earlier today i requested SACOB to please cancel my request to study further, due to my medical condition. Ive shared all medical reports from numerous doctors, including my chronic pain medication. SACOB management informed me, I owe them an amount of +_R2k & I'm unable to get my refund of R8k. I'm unable to study further, the medication I take leaves me drowsy. Every quarter, I need treatment for +-2 days for steriods treatment to treat damaged nerves to both my hands & feet & every alternate day I must attend chemotherapy, sessions SACOB, management has NO compassion & they holding me accountable for an amount i owe them & forgetting about my 50% deposit & for a medical condition that is out of my control.

I wouldn’t recommend, they are not transparent with their policies or how their system works. I recently joined the school by 5th march and then after that my health started deteriorating and had to cancel the studies now they are forcing me to pay the full fees.

I would like to give complement to course consultant Ziyaad. The most friendly and professional person I have ever come across. Thank you for your sincerity.

The course advisor I have been dealing with has not provided the information I requested. Initially, I asked for details about a specific course, but instead of addressing my inquiry, he suggested alternative options and sent me the prospectus without any information on the course I was interested in. When I called to request an invoice that included all related costs, such as exam booking and annual registration fees, along with payment plan options, he only sent an invoice for the course itself, excluding the additional fees. I had to follow up again to get a revised invoice and ask for payment terms and a debit order form. It feels like I’ve been guiding him through the process, rather than receiving the assistance and clarity I expected from a course advisor.

I am extremely disappointed with the false advertising by SACOB, When I enrolled I was advised by Damian that the course fee of about R21500 plus an all inclusive fee for registration for my CGISA Programme 1, I have been in conversation with Damian for almost a year if not longer contemplating my studies and no where was I informed about an added R5800 that I would have to pay in order to write exams with CGISA. I am not in a position where I am unable to register for the exams because I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE ADDITIONAL COSTS. I mean as a single mother, where am I supposed to get R5800 off the bat?!! Had I been informed of it then I would made arrangements. Damian knows how I have struggled to come up with the funds to register in the first place, Imagine how ecstatic I was to finally be living my dream to study, now I have to postpone my exams to next year May. I am beyond HURT and DISSAPPOINTED!!! After the two current modules, I might as well go directly with the board or Wits because at least then I know what I am dealing with and there will be no surprises.

Do not enroll with them they lie. They sell you the full course and after a year you have to re-enroll and pay for the full course again. They also said they will assist me with my learning disability during exams which they did not.
