I was studying a Financial Accounting Foundation Level but I decided to cancel my journey with them because of poor student support, their lecture is favoritism she don't care whether you understand what she was facilitating, their courses are very expensive but you still need to pay ICB R900 to register each examination but you already pay huge amount of money they are like a **** they just looking for money they service is very poor I advice you not to waste your money study via their College.
After I sent an to Golden Arrow Bus services, they sent an email that was instructing the BP Garage Montague Gardens to correct the error, the error was corrected and I was given by.full journeys and a new Golden card bus ticket, thank you to Golden Arrow.
The email was set by Golden Arrow bus service instructing BP Garage Montague Gardens to correct the error in my bus, everything was done correctly thank you.
Very bad service at Golden Arrow toll free number I call that number many times I was going to report the wrong route error that was done in BP Garage but it keep on saying the number you are calling is not available at presence but it's stated on their website it is available 24/7 which means they giving their customers false information.
A very bad service I received at BP Garage at Montague Gardens Cape Town, I was buying a bus ticket Khayelitsha to Blaauwberg they sell to me Blue Downs to Blaauwberg when I come back to them showing them their error they say there's nothing they can do they can't reverse it to correct their mistake saying I already use one journey, they force me to call Golden arrow toll free number,I try to call that number many times it was unavailable they put the blame on me but the mistake was done by them and the error remained unsolved.
