SACE Incompetence

I am struggling with my application for SACE as a qualified educator. I visited the SACE Head-office in Centurion on Friday, 14th November 2025 to apply for my certificate. I had all the documents in place, but I was turned back because my letter of completion and academic transcript did not have my second name. I travelled from one province to the other and I had to return without the certificate because of this. I felt very inconvenienced because had I not waited for someone else to assist, I would have left with no clue on how continue. In spite of being given another solution, I still feel inconvenienced because even if I apply online, I still have to travel back there to get my certificate. When you call SACE, their lines are either always engaged or don't go through at all! I wish there was another alternative, ANOTHER COMPETENT Council for educators. Honestly the inconvenience is very disheartening!
