Excellent servive
From the start i have recieved excellent service. When i call i always only deal with 1 person ILHAAM KAMAAR. It just makes it so much easier if you deal with 1 person instead of different people all the time and having to explain yourself over and over. She is absolutely AMAZING. She knows her stuff, if she says she'll call u back, trust me she calls u back! She's presice and really takes pride in her work. She goes way beyond and above her duties. She's an absolute god sent!!

Horrible experience with SADMG
I had a horrible experience with this company. My creditors were not paid on time even though I made monthly payments. I ended up paying the creditors myself. Very bad service 😒. I'm looking to cancel the debt review but I'm struggling to get hold of the company. The phones are ringing but there's no one on the other end of the line. Very disappointed.

Terrible Service
South African Debt Advisors is terrible and I would not advise anyone to every confider going under debt review with them. I cancelled my debt review with them because it just wasn't worth it for anymore, I got an SMS from one of my creditors saying my account is paid up and they still debited my account when I went to said creditor they said I still owe them the full amounts when asking them about it, they said I should figure it out on my own, when saying to them but you debited my account so you should answer me, they said I can go reverse the debit order, they are so unprofessional and they are such sour humans because I cancelled with them. Do not ever do businesses with South African debt Advisors. Terrible service, I am appalled to say the least, it is shocking to me. They have been paying the interest on my accounts not the physical accounts so they have basically been paying it to keep it at the amount owed so it does not progress further, they lie to you it is so shocking

Don't get Bullied by Nudebt Managemen on behalf of Telkom!!
Telkom kept charging me from October 2020 onwards for services I cancelled in August 2020. From the beginning of March, Telkom handed my account over to Nudebt Management for these services cancelled in August last year . I have spoken to Nudebt representatives on numerous occasions and emailed them all cancellation documentation to *********** and *********** as instructed on 13 March 2021 and again on 17 March 2021. They have not responded to my emails and harras me by SMS and Email daily for money I don't owe to Telkom!
