Unprofessional & pathetic service by the South African Nursing Council!

Unprofessional and pathetic service by the South African Nursing Council! On 21/11/2023 I sent an email asking them to change my postal address. No confirmation from them to date. 0n 07/12/2023 I sent proof of payment for 2024 annual fees. Today is the 25th of February 2024 and I am still waiting for my SANC certificate. No possitive reply from all of them; the registrar, MacDonald Lefifi, customer service and personal details department. How must I obtain my SANC certificate?
