Negligence and Unacceptable Conduct by Sebokeng SAPS

I am lodging a serious complaint against Sebokeng SAPS for negligence and unacceptable conduct.

Our home was broken into — a window was smashed, and money, house keys, and a cellphone were ******. We had to call twice before police finally responded that night. The following day, when we attempted to follow up, our calls were repeatedly hung up on, and no officers have returned to assist us.

This is a complete failure of duty. We are left feeling unsafe and abandoned, with no support or communication from SAPS.

I am demanding immediate action on this matter. There must be accountability for the officers involved, a proper investigation into this case, and clear consequences for the lack of service we have experienced.

This level of negligence cannot be ignored.
