South Point, student accommodation can't refund

In January 2020 South point student accommodation said I i should pay R9850 in order to secure space for residence since the bursary was going to pay in April, I did pay them and they promise to return the full refund of R9850 once the bursary has paid, indeed the bursary did pay in April and they then promised to pay by the end of 2020 of which they failed, in january 2021 when I inquired they said there were outstanding docs for refund,the forms were filled and submitted correctly and they promised to pay in two weeks time, I waited for about a month n decided to call them again on the 19th of Feb , they said the refund was still awaiting for authorisation. I've been waiting for my money since April 2020.
