*****ulent claim, this in my understanding is a *****ulent claim, I have not been to Sandton recently or ordered any medication.
If I look at the reviews on this company there have been a number of confirmations from customers related to *****,
So then I must ask……
1. why are they still approved as your provider? 2. Should they not be listed as ***** and investigated accordingly? OR at the very least flagged before accepting and paying claims 3. .Please advise how my details where obtained? 4. Even if the provider claims it was an error, the trends here should tell you otherwise
Please do what you need to here and get this off my record asap, as well as would appreciate feedback on the above questions
