Subject: Faulty Jacket Purchased at Wonderboom Junction Store

Dear Soviet Head Office and Complaints Department,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a jacket I purchased from your Wonderboom Junction store in Pretoria approximately four to eight weeks ago.

The zipper on the jacket has already come loose, which is extremely disappointing considering that Soviet is marketed and priced as a premium clothing brand. When a customer pays for quality, this kind of defect within such a short time is simply unacceptable.

I paid cash for the item and therefore do not have a receipt or account record, but I trust your store records can confirm the sale if required. This was the first and only time I have ever purchased a Soviet product, and the experience has been extremely poor.

Please advise what Soviet intends to do to rectify this issue — whether by repair, replacement, or refund — as the product clearly does not meet reasonable expectations of quality and durability.

I expect a response within seven (7) working days.
