Poor Service
Bought shoes online for my daughter, one product and as out of stock, they gave me an alternative to change and which i did, just recieved a link to make payment to buffalo couriers services and they never even communicated with me that i should pay there, now am frustrated because the link sent i suspect it's *****ulent and this guy's never communicate. I had to ask them to cancel the order.

Porsche Shoes Sovietdenim
I bought shoes for my son online and afterwards realised that there was an issue with the size, I emailed them and they were so helpful and courteous and got it sorted fast before the parcel could be collected. Will definitely buy from them again

Soviet disaster service
I purchased sneakers online for my daughter on the 24th of December and didn’t get an response, apparently their offices were closed but they didn’t update their website I requested for a refund they only responded on the 10th of January and told me to go to the store meanwhile I bought the shoes online and I have a newborn till to date it’s a back and forth they don’t want to refund such terrible service they are bad to deal with.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Soviet Store @Wonderboom Juction has the Worst store manager(Poppy Mahlangu)she’s literally killing the business. She rude and backchats to customer and she doesn’t no anything about the return policy 😡

to deal with this is terrible coz you log an exchange & the 1 you want there is stock so they drag their heels like Wendy & collect the return & don't deliver the exchange & with numerous calls & emails no joy & now my funds is stuck with them I will never deal with sovietdenim.com again bcoz of dead beat staff
