Bought shoes online for my daughter, one product and as out of stock, they gave me an alternative to change and which i did, just recieved a link to make payment to buffalo couriers services and they never even communicated with me that i should pay there, now am frustrated because the link sent i suspect it's *****ulent and this guy's never communicate. I had to ask them to cancel the order.
Please stop harassing me, you call me number every 5 minutes 0793377760. I even regret asking for a quotation in the first place. Your Godfrey didn't even do a good job selling me your services.
Bad experience, I have opened a Tymebank Business Account, yesterday i received a 7k deposit and then i quickly go to Capitec to withdraw the whole cash, a receipt comes out and say i reached my limit, since I got their transactional account or everyday account as they call, I decided to split the amount so i can with draw it but still it said i reached my daily limit. When I call them to ask to increase my limit am told I can't because am place in a category where I can not and the only solution is for me to with draw at the til point, which til point in SA keeps more then 5k at the til. Basically Tymebank is telling me how to do business with my own money, am running before this get messy. Today am withdrawing what's remaining in my bank account and closing thier accounts, it's just nonsense bank. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who use their accounts to do business with them.
I would love to say thank you to Peter Gondwe from Mafadi Property Management. This gentleman has been helpful for our BC in ensuring that contractors receive their payments every time and on time. I wanted to give him a 5 star but unfortunately I can not because his company has its worse performance, slow when dealing with customers and sometimes they do not respond to emails and customers end up contacting that board of trustees to raise their frustrations. Hope they can improve on thier services for their clients.
Useless courier service, customer service experience is very bad. They don't deliver your parcel in time and on the system they lie and say wrong address or you were not available for delivery. But the driver calls you and tells you i will will arrive to your address in 5, 5 minutes turns to an hour and when you return the call. The phone is off.
I would like to thank Lillian kitti of IdealPrepaid for always being available to assist our Body Corporate with regards to issues we are always faced with. Queries raised by Owners regarding their accounts and also ensuring that business is always ran smoothly. She always goes out of her way to assist with matters beyond our SLA agreements.
