1. He made the trade-in process so seamless and efficient. 2. The branch initially didn’t have the colour that I wanted in stock. Daniel didn’t try changing my mind but he instead made sure that I got the exact colour and specs that i requested for. 3. He ensured that he kept me updated throughout the process. 4. Dealerships rarely check up on customers after they’ve purchased their cars. But he made sure that he checked in with me to find out if I’m still happy with my purchase.

I 100% recommend Soweto VW. I already cannot wait for my next trade-in. 😁
