Spar Gugulethu manager is Extremely Rude

The manager Zama is extremely rude and does not have customer service skills at all...I was there yerstaday to purchase both in store and liquor because I have health problem and could not stand in que that long I asked the manager to be called and showed him the doctor letter that state why I can't be on que...Did he not shouted at hin infrount of other customers infect he sowerd at me as he said if I have disability I should want to purchase alcohol and won't let me purchase first.the way he went on swearing at me I left with a very heavy heart
