On the 7/5/2025 Myself bought groceries at KasselsveiSPAR owner believe to be Mr.Marco Bakkes which up until today has not contacted Myself with regarding to the most unprofessional and humiliated experience I'd received as a customer. After settling the purchase items with the friendly cashier, I proceeded to the exit unbothered until a gentleman approached myself with no identification to accompanying himself stating that his been informed to investigate or pat search myself for possible theft. With that being said I was led to a small open and unsecured room at the entrance of the store without privacy or some form of discreet store policy or procedure. I was complaint until the point where'as I felt emotional distress and humiliated inftont of other custers and the store staff. I respectfully request to unfold my discomfort with management "Nico" whom appeared to look confuse and unprofessional. I continued expressing myself informing himself "Nico" that I am in discomfort with the sequence of the proceeding and the environment it plays out. He continues saying "Nico" unfortunately theres nothing that himself can do, it's instructions from the owner Mr.M.Bakkes. At this point I felt helpless and decided to record this horrible customer service where there's no visible customer service centric identified. I then suggested that ourselves should get SAPS to conduct this preceedings as I was completely in discomfort. The store Manager "Nico" whipped his phone out yet again infront of other customers and staff engaging the cops. Throughout that exercise I'd needed to remind them to not leave me unattended. The police arrived, then only there was proper structure in place. We proceeded from that point to a more secured room, viewed the footage about 3 times and no sign or form of visible theft was sighted. The camera opporater kept on insisting, that I should get pat search, making another strong accusation that security should be looking for a chocolate. After 1hour 30minutes I'd give them consent to continue with their proceedings and the results turned out negative. No apology from management or the owner, management insisted that he'll let the owner contact myself the next day whereas I can continue to discuss compensation, time wasted, humiliation and formal apology infront of the staff that was working throughout that shift. Mr.Bakkes the store owner blatantly ignored my request haven't contacted myself since 15/05/2025. I am feeling passionate about letting other customers read about my experience as a valued customer and would not want the unskilled security or management humiliate and treat innocent customers as an ******** at any point of conducting business with them.
