False advertising
Adverti*****t for coca cola stated that the special Ends 19/10. The manager however refused to honor this adverti*****t and whipped out another sms adverti*****t contradictory "ends 18/10" to the one sent out by them. False advertising, now we can never trust any sms sent out by them as they don't bother honoring them.

After lodging a complaint to corporate on their web site, the management investigated and allowed us to purchase the advertised deal a week later.
