Worst choice ever made replacing my pool filter sand with this product. Also bought the gel to trap fine particles and still useless. Pump runs longer than before and still nowhere near as clear as filter sand. Will be going back to filter sand today.
Adverti*****t for coca cola stated that the special Ends 19/10. The manager however refused to honor this adverti*****t and whipped out another sms adverti*****t contradictory "ends 18/10" to the one sent out by them. False advertising, now we can never trust any sms sent out by them as they don't bother honoring them.
Their mobile app still not working. They say everything is reflecting correctly on their side and promised to reset my password last week and sms the temp password, this never took place. A day later I sent an email telling them that the app is not working and does not allow for password reset. Tried calling this morning and all I got was engaged dial tones.
Worst ever service, message to deliver between 8am and 4pm, nothing delivered, called them and was told 44min, maybe 4days and 4 hours. It's 19:45 and still nothing after 3 hrs waiting for the 44 min delivery. I can't believe the FNB would even consider using such a useless unprofessional courier service to begin with. After reading all the complaints it would be better if this company never existed to begin with and just closes up real soon. Don't bother replying it seems everyone has the same problem with your company.
Received a message that corrier service would deliver my wife's bank card between 8 am and 4 pm today 6 July 2023. After getting cut off once in contacting the service and finally being called back with a promise to find out and let us know, nothing happened. I'm the main account holder at Gezina branch - hello Peter has my name and contact details. The service is unacceptable.
Today is 17 June 2023: just over a week ago a team of workers for Telkom/Hauwei dug up my lawn and a small piece of my neighbors paving. With promise's by at least 3 team managers (I assume as they answered) to reinstate the lawn before it dies, nothing has happened. I'm watering the grass blocks in hope that the will survive. Very disrespectful of people's sidewalks.i can upload today's photos. Time to over to Vodacom with everything I have, they dig up (did our fibre via metro) and reinstate within 2 days!!
Email sent 10March, with an automated response to say they have received it. "Good day I have previously tried to close my account at the Kolonade branch in Pretoria without success and only resulted in a runaround of submitting copies of id's etc to no avail. I have just gone on pension and can no longer afford to keep this account open. Currently all that is being paid is the club membership for which I have not been receiving the book for years now and have had no benefit in being a member. I was messaged this morning on my FNB app to update my Rica details. I called and was holding for about 10 minutes plus and when I finally reached a consultant and busy answering questions then I was cut off and asked to rate my experience. After trying on the chat app in a series of ping pong transfers I gave up. My experience of FNB services is absolutely unacceptable. D. Leira
ACCOUNT: 41404527 I cancelled my subscription on 12 July 2022 and was told that there will be no deduction on the 15th June 2022. 15 July 2022 the deduction took place and i was told by my son that the subscription was still active. I called a second time and was told the script did not run to switch it off and then I was told they will switch it off immediately and that the funds will be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working days. Third call after failing to receive my refund I was told that I now needed to email a certified copy of my ID which I did. 4th time around was a email I received 05/08/22 to say that now I now needed to provide a certified copy of my bank statement to proof the account is correct. Hello you have been receiving payment from me for almost 20 years and now you ask me for this. WHEN WILL THIS RUNARROUND STOP? ALL I WANT IS FOR YOU TO CREDIT BACK WHAT YOU OWE TO THE EXACT SAME ACCOUNT THAT YOU RECEIVED IT FROM!! HOW MANY MORE LOOPS DO YOU WANT ME TO JUMP THROUGH?? I will never again recommend DSTV to anyone based on this horrible experience from a service provider such as Multichoice!!
Tried applying for Vodacom Fibre over the last 2 months. Not sure where I stand with the application, the reference number I got reflects cancelled, never got a call, don't know why or if I am even looking at the application correctly.
