Useless product-very disappointing
Worst choice ever made replacing my pool filter sand with this product. Also bought the gel to trap fine particles and still useless. Pump runs longer than before and still nowhere near as clear as filter sand. Will be going back to filter sand today.

Great after sales service. Thanks Eco-fiber
I purchased Eco-Fiber to replace the sand in my filter and installing it was relatively simple. I did experience one or 2 issues for which there are videos online. I did still hit a problem though... The pool pump had back pressure, which meant the pump had to be primed each time. I called the number provided and got to Paulo, who listened carefully to what I have tried and then made a suggestion. He obviously knows pools, because just based on what I said he diagnosed the problem and he was spot on. Problem solved. Impressed with after sales service, both knowledge and professionalism. One suggestion... Make a quick video of my issue, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who would have had it. For those reading this... It was the pool filter air breather pipe that was clogged with sand.
