We unfortunately went into the shop by the exit door. Not knowing there are 2 different doors. We were halfway in the shop already when a lady who I think might be the supervisor stopped us and said that we need to leave the shop and go in by the correct door. We apologized and said we will remember to use the correct door the next time. We didnt see the point to walk all the way back just to go to the door around the corner. We only bought milk but as we got to the till the teller said she cant help us because we entered the shop at the wrong door. How is this for customer service. Please note that nowhere on the door it stipulated EXIT ONLY. I will never support this SPAR again. The staff treating there customers like garbage. Not happy at all. Owner should give his staff better training and maybe mark the entrance and exit doors clearly. If you look at reviews of other customers we were not the 1st ones that had this bad ordeal. Im also placing this review on hellopeter and social media. Thank you Yvette Erasmus
