Kitchen staff at the Deli are rude. They don't even assist customers evenly. I am one of the mall workers but they will choose they want to assist at the far back of the queue and assist them while other mall workers are queuing.

I bought a box of Moja pies mind you when I get home opening the box taking 1 pie it was rotten then I put it back nicely in a pack yesterday during the day I took the box of Moja pie back to the shop it is a distance from my home only to find out that when I get to the store the manager has already gone home, I ask for his number or the acting supervisor to contact him she came back with an attitude telling me that POPI Act doesn't allow me to have the number also not her to contact him....I told that acting supervisor I'm not living the store can she kindly contact him, he refused unfortunately I then told her that I want my money for transport as well she went to collect the R32 came back and give it to me with a very bad attitude as if I am a bagger poor service from the store supervisor.

We had a ********** encounter with an employee by the name Lita Maluleke at Spar Soshanguve Crossing in block L, She shouted at us infront of other customers for merely smelling the roses that we intended to buy, in her words, she said "Real buyers of flowers know not to smell them because you will spread diseases and gems". We immediately called her out for being rude and loud towards us, especially because there was no sign that indicates that we should not smell the flowers. she said it is not her fault that she has a commanding voice and that she will never apologize to us because we were the rude ones. She left us traumatised, and she dehumanized us. Spar needs to do right by their customers and call her out. She was not even wearing a name tag, this indicates that she is used to yelling at clients, that is why she hides her name.
