My experience is very poor cause I made a withdrawal of R500 on the 12 Jan 2026 till to date it's still on pending withdrawal when I send them an email they are saying it will appear into my account now now.
I bought a box of Moja pies mind you when I get home opening the box taking 1 pie it was rotten then I put it back nicely in a pack yesterday during the day I took the box of Moja pie back to the shop it is a distance from my home only to find out that when I get to the store the manager has already gone home, I ask for his number or the acting supervisor to contact him she came back with an attitude telling me that POPI Act doesn't allow me to have the number also not her to contact him....I told that acting supervisor I'm not living the store can she kindly contact him, he refused unfortunately I then told her that I want my money for transport as well she went to collect the R32 came back and give it to me with a very bad attitude as if I am a bagger poor service from the store supervisor.
I feel this is a **** I make a withdrawal of R1100 it was not send it no my account until I send an email yesterday the issue was resolved, then last night I made a withdrawal of R500 when I check on their cashier online on pending transaction the is nothing even into my account I send them an email again this is a robbing game.
They call me to cancel the debit order due to their poor service however they did not which is affecting my account...can the lady who phoned me last time full fill my request of cancelling this ****.
Hello Peter I need your help I send a request for their starter pack that has R349. 00 and 20 GB however I receive a call to go and callect the sim card it has been loaded I have the sim card with me it's R00. 00 Mind you on the 31 they will debit their money into my account this is a scan I want them to cancel this nonsense cause on Facebook they requested my name surname and ID number Address and my contact till to date no body call me.

Poor service to an extend I was **** when I when to laybye so after receiving an SMS says my laybye has been cancel. They are refusing with my R4000 everyday theirs a new story I want my money back cause I did sent them proof of payment on the 12 October I want my money back into my account I want to use it F**k this is nonsense cause you can't reach their head office always when you call they will give you this 0800222888 which is bull s**t.... Ek soek my geld asseblief.
I went to this store at Soshanguve to layby a bed only to find out that today my layby has been cancelled reason I don't know and it was my first layby so now I want to be refunded I'm being told that I'll get my money back within 14 days from today.
Hello Peter.... We need your help only few houses in our block does not have electricity I dis log a call during the day around 12:35 was told that the technician will come and attend the issue... Mind you till now when I call now at 23:14 the lady who answered the call with an attitude told me that their technicians are not working at night they will attend the issue tomorrow... No wonder why people are stilling electricity is because of this nonsense, cause we're being kind calling them still they take that advantage. I have the reference number and I phoned them before 15:20 they told me that Mr AR Ramara is coming to fix the issue till now that Mr whatever didn't come.
Hello Peter please help me with my 2 Pot application since I app**** on the 02 September 2024 I was told that the is no savings on my pot however I made some inquiries with the Momentum agency they came back to me saying the issue it has been resolved I must expect payment to be, but till now I haven't receive any from them I'm sending mails they just read without any possible response.....
