One of their reps visited my store and introduced their products. I placed an order and paid the invoice, but after two months and many enquiries I still have no stock, no refund, and no feedback. I would not recommend doing business with them. Vita Man X range!

GoTyme(*TymeBank). Failed debit order: R349.00 - UCONNECT 3313266-260315 from Acc......6026. Bal R349.00, 14Mar 12:54 Yal are costing me on bank charges. Attempting to deduct 5 times in a day every 3rd day...what type of business is this when I dont even know what the hell this is!!!

One of their agents called me and told me about the sum card and package they told me to approve the debicheck after that I can collect my SIM card at clicks with a reference until today I have not received an sms with the reference number. And it appears on my banking app as approved. I want to cancel this with immediate effect I even changed my salary to another bank because Uconnect is a ****!!!!!

I have joined this Treatley product on 12th February 2026 and canceled this product with immediately effect on 13th of February 2026 but still they went ahead and debit my account after agreeing that they'll cancel everything but they took my last money and I can't reverse it... I'm not happy with their service like I mean the simcard is not even activated since I didn't go to clicks to collect it and I didn't even receive an sms regarding collection of simcard at clicks but my money is gone just like that.

It was difficult to get hold of them and even when I spoke to their consultants Shaun and Boitumelo none of them could assist until today Nonhlanhla came to explain patiently what was expected of me and my query was resolved after a month battle.Thank you very much NONHLANHLA
