Dishonest rip offs.

I went to withdraw money from their ATM using my Capitec bank card. The machine switched off due to loadshedding at around 12:00. The money did not dispense and I waited for the generator to kick in when the machine went back online the money still did not come out (I was forced to make another withdrawal).

My bank Capitec logged a investigation and they have declined refunding me claiming that the money dispensed, why would I make another withdrawal of it did? I am honestly disappointed at how their processes work and I question if thorough investigations tool place or it was just easy to say the money came out.

A complete scam , seeing other reviews makes it a lot worse, how could this even be their brand?
