Very disappointed and frustrated about the Sparkling wash at Irene Village mall

We took our car to the Sparkling car wash at Irene mall. They broke something in my car. When we confronted the manager about it he said that he will look into it, and will pay for the damage. When we send the quote for the damage, they said it is rejected and won’t pay for the damage at all.

We even called the owner of that branch, and he did not even try to help us at all.

We used to wash our car the often, but won’t recommend it at all.
