We took our car to the Sparkling car wash at Irene mall. They broke something in my car. When we confronted the manager about it he said that he will look into it, and will pay for the damage. When we send the quote for the damage, they said it is rejected and won’t pay for the damage at all. We even called the owner of that branch, and he did not even try to help us at all. We used to wash our car the often, but won’t recommend it at all.
Very dissapointed! I wanted to buy my groceries at Checkers to be able to get the checkers mini's for my daughter. But could only do it at the end of the month, when recieved my salary. And after payment at the Checker Castle Gate, they told me that the mini's is out of stock! There should be enough, I could have bought my groceries at another store!
I have requested a settlement letter for my home loan, to enable me to settle the loan. First request was on Monday, and they said it will take 24hours. After 24hours still did not received anything. Requested again a letter, and this time they said it will take 1 - 2 hours. Still did not received anything after 15 hours. Called again to ask what is going on. Now they said it will take up to 2 days to receive. It is ridiculous that I have to wait for almost a week to receive a letter. For a bank that big, it should be a lot faster
