What should I do?

The staff and management at the Chatsworth branch is absolutely rude. Visited them on Thursday, 27/8/21 at 7:00 pm . The security refused to let me enter. A staff member came to assist. She also refused to help instead called for more security. I asked to speak to the manager. He did come but was arrogant in the sense that he insisted that they close at 7 but sign on door says 8. I explained to him that what should I do if I'm working class and I need medication at home due to an emergency.

His response was I don't know and that its not his problem.
