Excellent customer services. Bought a product that was not up to standard went back to the an explained. I was then assured they will deliver the correct products to which they did. Well done Sparksport Chatsworth

I have recently been to Sparksport pharmacy quality street at 17h10. To my surprise they stated they were closed yet the internet and sign boards says closing time 17h30. I urgently needed a script to be processed which I earlier on sent the script to the WhatsApp number. After an argument with a Yusuf Badat he said he closed doors. I then argued that you cannot close main gate and door before 17h30 as advertised. His attitude toward a customer that have been loyal to sparkport for over 15 years is **********. He would rather debate why he was right in closing the main gate and doors before hand rather than helping a customer /patient out. Sparksport quality street service has downgraded ever since the wonderful pharmacist Ikram had left. Appalled by the attitude of the current pharmacist which has been appointed after another pharmacist started and left within a month.

So my husband went to Sparksport in raisethorpe on Thursday, he explained that I have a mosquito bite that got infected by scratching. They gave him a cream which is R110.00. When he got home I told him I have this same cream. The next day I took it back to Sparksport and explained that I already have a full tube I would like refund or another product (because the cream didn't help). To which I was told because of the antibiotics in the cream and the temperature variations they are unable to return the medication. So the question arises, you have a controlled temp in the pharmacy? How is the cream effective because there is a temp change as soon as I leave the store. Because I've left the controlled temp within the pharmacy and stepped outside causing a temp change means the cream and antibiotics in the cream are ineffective.... This is essentially what you are saying if you are using this as the reason why you can't refund me my money.

For a covid rapid test i had to wait an hour althought there were only 2 people in front of me. The nurse had to leave other patients to see to us after a lady in the line for d rapid test waited 2 hours and made a noise. Pathetic. Increase nursing staff

Hi sparksport pharmacy in Central durban vaccinate people but don't update the the system coz my son took his 2nd dose on 23rd Nov 2021 but still getting SMS to go get his 2nd dose. it is becoming frustrating coz he can't get off for a 3rd time saying I'm going and to top it off the company he works for is asking for 2nd sms & he can't produce & when I phoned health department they thier is no record of 2nd dose but he was issued with a card showing both dates. I want to download his certificate but without the 2nd code you can't download. The personal who do the vaccinating should have updated the system coz the 1st dose SMS came after 1 week & when I did my vaccinations I got SMS the next day both times & why are they encouraging people to vaccinate when they can't update the system please health Minister please get your house in order or ask sparksport why is it taking so long to update the system coz some of us don't have the time to keep running to the vaccinating site

The staff and management at the Chatsworth branch is absolutely rude. Visited them on Thursday, 27/8/21 at 7:00 pm . The security refused to let me enter. A staff member came to assist. She also refused to help instead called for more security. I asked to speak to the manager. He did come but was arrogant in the sense that he insisted that they close at 7 but sign on door says 8. I explained to him that what should I do if I'm working class and I need medication at home due to an emergency. His response was I don't know and that its not his problem.

I always receive great customer service at Sparksport Pharmacy, the staff are very friendly and super efficient. I recently went in for my Covid-19 vaccine and was assisted within a few seconds of entering the store! Keep up the great work. #WIN

Today i go to sparksport warner for my chronic asthma medication, im from umlazi the reason i go to warner beach because umlazi sparksport was lootered n sparksport in durban Smith street didn't have my meds than i go to sparksport Warner beach, i found the lady there n i told her everything that i left my script in sparksport at umlazi but it closed so im running out of my medication from last week i asked the lady to check for my meds on the system and she said, she doesn't found anything than i told her that i know my meds i wll tell her which pumps and pill im taking but she ws so rude towards me, we can help you, you don't have script while i left my script in sparksport umlazi she didn't say that polite manner as desparate patient and who was just there for meds, i would have understood if she say please go to your doctor and ask for new script beacuse the one you left in umlazi isn't link with our pharmacy, so she doesn't care about healthy cause asthma is very serious
