I ordered items from PnP Hayfields. Unpacking the parcels I ordered Yellow bananas but i received green bananas. Issue number two, I order 2 x simply chicken cheese grillers. Instead I got 1 x simply chicken cheese grillers and 1 x simply chicken cheese Frank's. Third issue, the best before date on the respective simply chicken items where 5th and 6th of March 2026. The cheese grillers has pink spots, tasted awful as if it was possibly gone bad. First of all why is this still on the shelf, so close to the best before date. It's consumable items. Absolutely horrific incident. I do have pics and reference numbers of each call. I've documented everything should my family members become unwell.
I called the Copesville Family Clinic at 8:00am to enquire about the doctor’s availability and was told he would arrive around 9:30am. Since my family member needed urgent care, we proceeded to our local hospital instead. Later, at around 10:30am, I contacted the clinic again to book an appointment and was informed that the doctor would be arriving at 11:00am. We then left the hospital and went to the Copesville Family Clinic. After completing the paperwork and making payment, the receptionist informed me that the doctor’s car had broken down on the highway. He was waiting for a tow truck and needed to return to Scottsville to fetch his personal vehicle. I asked if a replacement doctor was available, but after contacting the manager, the receptionist confirmed that there wasn’t one. At 5:00pm, I received a call from the clinic informing me that a doctor was finally available. This entire experience was extremely disappointing, especially after paying R400. Although I was eventually refunded, I will never return to this facility nor recommend it to anyone. For a private clinic, the service was unacceptable. My experience is with the Copesville branch. I had c
My billing cycle starts on the 15th of the month. When payment is late service is suspended until the debit is collected. On the 15th of each month I receive my 60 mins and 2 gigs of data on the 2 Sims that come along with the router. I did not receive the mins nor did I receive the data on either rain SIM card. I have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions informing them and they said it was an error and that it'll be loaded within an hour and that's the constant response I've had for the past two weeks. The mins and data for the cell SIM cards are part of the package we are paying for. It is not a free service we receive every month. Who is going to compensate me because I have to load airtime which I did not budget for?! It's the middle of my billing cycle and I haven't received the service I paid for.
So my husband went to Sparksport in raisethorpe on Thursday, he explained that I have a mosquito bite that got infected by scratching. They gave him a cream which is R110.00. When he got home I told him I have this same cream. The next day I took it back to Sparksport and explained that I already have a full tube I would like refund or another product (because the cream didn't help). To which I was told because of the antibiotics in the cream and the temperature variations they are unable to return the medication. So the question arises, you have a controlled temp in the pharmacy? How is the cream effective because there is a temp change as soon as I leave the store. Because I've left the controlled temp within the pharmacy and stepped outside causing a temp change means the cream and antibiotics in the cream are ineffective.... This is essentially what you are saying if you are using this as the reason why you can't refund me my money.
In April 2022, I bought an airfryer from homechoice. Within 5 days I had recieved the airfryer. In December 2022 whilst using it, it just stopped working. I immediately called homechoice and reported it as my airfryer was still under guarantee. They had advised that they will send someone to pick it up. On the 11th of January 2023 I received an SMS stating that my airfryer would be picked up before 5pm. Two unmarked vehicles came on the 12th of January 2023, they advised that homechoice dispatch them for a collect and verified that they are contractors. My mom gave the first vehicle the airfryer but there was no paperwork given, nor was there a reference number. My mum proceed to take down the number plate of the vehicle NUR71038. I have tried on numerous occasions to make contact with Homechoice regarding the recieving of my airfryer. The first call was the very next day which they informed it that it takes upto two weeks for it to be logged on the system that their warehouse has received it. They could not confirm that you have picked up the airfryer or that someone was dispatched to pick up the airfryer. I, then waited for two weeks and called back, again they advised me that it takes upto two weeks. I have made numerous attempted, emailing and phoning the call centre. I have requested to speak to management unfortunately no one has been able to assist me. I have recently tried and the call centre automated answering services does not allow to go through to any other department except sales. Sales does not transfer to the relevant department for assistance.
