Avoiding questions
I tried contacting this supplier via the email address on their website. I asked a a question about a product, and if they could recommend a local distributor. My email was answered by a question - where I bought a related part!? Answering, and explaining further, they again responded without answering any of my questions. This is a serious skill to have: avoid answering questions by responding with totally unrelated counter questions. So sorry, I can't recommend this company as they clearly don't want to sell anything.

Useless Service
Attempted to purchase lights from ****io through a distributor however the order was to small, and they refused to do business. Our company together with the distributor are now removing ****io of our panel of suppliers. I would advise others to do the same.

Warranty is useless.
Bought lots of lights from them for our house and sent an outdoor led wall back to them that stopped working after 5 months. Was then told that they won’t replace it because the rubber grommet on the back is not on there. When the light was removed it fell on the grass and I did not see it come off, only a day later once it was sent to them already did I find it on the grass. They say that it has water damage but how does that happen with a grommet in. Clearly they are not wanting to honour their product.

Poor customer service
Pathetic customer service support, practically non existent. I bought many lights from ****io in 2019, first I had to wait 3months to receive my orders and while receiving NO communication from ****io to inform of these delays. Then after finally receiving my lights and installing them, some built in LED lights have already stopped working after 1 month of limited use. Now i cannot even get hold of them through any contact numbers found online, they do not respond to email queries either. Very disappointed.
