Time for a change Outsurance agents clearly not doing their jobs,got a verbal quote for car insurance for a car that my daughter was going to take over in December. Now I want to make her the main driver and the quote I got then has jumped over R700. I told them that they need to sharpen their pencils and I was told that they would get a manager to look at it and give me a call back. No call back but I got my policy adjusted with the higher amount and my daughters details are not spelt right even after I gave them the spelling. Are Outsurance hiring people now that need to go back to school and learn to spell.
Bought a foot peel from Clicks and they spilt at the heels and toes. They are not cheap and for the quality to be so low is shocking.
Their drivers from Port Shepstone are irresponsible and ****s. Told me he swerved to miss a truck and my package got damaged. When he came to drop the package off it was sitting at the top shelf in the van. A package marked fragile should not sit up high on a shelf Driver told me it would be replaced by the company and even took a photo. Management took a long time to respond and then pretty much told me it’s not their problem and I must take it up with BOB GO who is not even the company I bought the stuff from. Beware people they have irresponsible and *********** staff as well as a don’t give a 💩 attitude.
Tech 5 service has gone for a ball of 💩,shocking to say the least. Our business has 3 fiber lines with them and trying to get a 4 line yet we are constantly having to follow up on our order and no one gets back to you. Staff are disinterested and have a bad attitude especially Dillon who clearly is very interested in helping a person has a pathetic attitude. We will be looking at moving all our lines from Monday 5 Feb.
Bought lots of lights from them for our house and sent an outdoor led wall back to them that stopped working after 5 months. Was then told that they won’t replace it because the rubber grommet on the back is not on there. When the light was removed it fell on the grass and I did not see it come off, only a day later once it was sent to them already did I find it on the grass. They say that it has water damage but how does that happen with a grommet in. Clearly they are not wanting to honour their product.
Beware beware,you will not get your package from these thieves. I ordered a Ethernet wire kit from them on the 8th March and the next day received a SMS with a link that cannot be opened. I went and checked on Truecaller and it said that the number is a scam message from the post office. I have phoned all the numbers numerous times,emailed numerous times and WhatsApp numerous times and nothing. They are big scammers beware of them. They even have those fake posts of people buying stuff from them when you on their site.
DSTV Now streaming works fine with normal programs but anything on Catch Up freezes. Have a 200mbps line so that’s not a problem. Found lots of customers complaining about the same thing more than a year ago and still nothing is resolved. DSTV customer service takes the easy way out and tell customers to log out and back in again and it does not work. Clearly the engineers are useless and can’t find a fix for this pathetic app. Every other app works fine but DSTV is rubbish.
Got a phone to try and sell me insurance on behalf of King Price,POPIA act clearly means nothing to this company and KING Price. I will be taking this further and make sure that unethical companies like Iwyze and King Price follow the rules.
So King Price clearly doesn’t abide by the POPIA act as they keep phoning me to take their rubbish insurance. This is now enough and will be reporting them.
Site says it’s at Kempton park site and has been scanned so my times,look again and it says that they try to contact me but I have not received a email or a phone call from them at all. Tried to the customer service center and the call gets cut every time.
