I cant call it poor service, its no service at all!!!

I have been receiving my billings late and sometimes incorrect resulting in underpayment or late payments from my side this has affected my credit record so bad that i cant even qualify for renting a property.

Still waiting for my last month bill which i requested 2 weeks ago, which i should receive without requesting. I don't even get replies to my request emails!!!
