I have bought a Levi's Jean from Edgars and i have misplaced the receipt, the jean does not fit and Edgars is refusing to do an exchange without a receipt, is there any way you can assist? The jean is still in original condition with price tags intact.

I have not received my data and minutes for February which was due on the 12th of Feb, despite numerous follow up and being told to wait 72 hour after 72 hour, i still haven't received my monthly provisioning, no explanation as to what went wrong no indication of when i will receive my provisioning, I GUESS MTN RAN OUT OF DATA AND MINUTES.
The President strongly recommend that people stay home as much as possible but a government department has its website closed due to Covid-19, what an irony! Does Covid-19 get transmitted online? should we be standing in long ques for the whole day during this time? We need online service that an open office now more than ever, please get with the program
I have been receiving my billings late and sometimes incorrect resulting in underpayment or late payments from my side this has affected my credit record so bad that i cant even qualify for renting a property. Still waiting for my last month bill which i requested 2 weeks ago, which i should receive without requesting. I don't even get replies to my request emails!!!
I have 4 different accounts with Standard bank, I was trying to move money from my flexi advantage account but to my surprise the balance from my flexi adv acc was remaining the same, I tried the process 3 times only to find that my other bank account was increasing while the other account I was moving money from the balance remained the same. As a good citizen plus I don't want to eat money that doesn't belong to me I reported the matter to standard bank, they immediately froze all my accounts and next thing all the money in my accounts even the money that belonged to me its over three months and my money is still not returned to my account, when I call the call center Im told I must speak to Bongani who they cant put me through to he will call me back, when I visit the branch Im told they will follow up as they cant open another case while there is a pending case. PLEASE PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!
