The Speck lifetime warranty is just a manipulative marketing trick.

I bought your Macbook Air hardshell cover for my brand new laptop and I put trust in your brand to protect it. After only a few months, the cover itself is cracking and disintegrating. My Macbook lives safely in a padded sleeve and has not been dropped or bumped in any way. Is this the quality and standard expected when buying a product from Speck?

Your technicians tell me the warranty isn’t valid due to physical damage. That means you’re calling me a liar! Your product is faulty and I will never recommend it to anyone.
