I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with both the product and service I have received.
In March 2025, I purchased a Speck Pool Pump from Pool Team Sunward Park. Within just six months, the pump completely failed. The Pool Team collected the pump and sent it to the supplier, Speck, but since then, the entire experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.
For over a week, I have been promised feedback yet no one has contacted me. I have had to call daily, only to receive excuses or empty promises of a call-back that never happens. Meanwhile, my pool has been left in a green, unusable state because of this delay.
The lack of accountability and customer care shown by both Pool Team Sunward Park and Speck Pumps has been extremely frustrating. What should have been handled swiftly under warranty has instead left me without a working pump, no feedback, and no resolution.
At this stage, I cannot recommend either company to anyone seeking reliable pool products or after-sales support.
I expect urgent action to resolve this matter — whether it be a replacement pump, repair, or a refund — and clear communication from your side without further delay.
