During April 2025 I paid Spectra Group ( John) an amount for a gate lock, keypad, remotes and alarm. I had to phone and message him repeatedly to finish the job. After installing the abovementioned, the gate lock, keypad and remotes did not work. His work is also sloppy. Today he sent a message that he is not prepared to fix it. Please do not use Spectra Group.
