Stay Away from these ******!!!!
I bought your product under false advertising at Sandton City Mall Edgars. I was told this is a German phone kanti it’s just a Renamed Mobicel. I want my money back and I’m not driving all the way to Sandton! Send a courier to fetch it from Edgars mall of the South!

Do Not Trust Mobicel via Spectra cell sold at Edgars Sandton City Mandela Square!
Stay away from these scheisters called Spectra cell phones from Edgars “Germany”which are actually Mobicel BEE South Africa!! When in Sandton mall trust NOTHING SOLD TO YOU BEFORE GOOGLING IT! The PR Force is strong with them!

During April 2025 I paid Spectra Group ( John) an amount for a gate lock, keypad, remotes and alarm
During April 2025 I paid Spectra Group ( John) an amount for a gate lock, keypad, remotes and alarm. I had to phone and message him repeatedly to finish the job. After installing the abovementioned, the gate lock, keypad and remotes did not work. His work is also sloppy. Today he sent a message that he is not prepared to fix it. Please do not use Spectra Group.

Poor client service from Spectra Namibia!!!
Upgraded my account on the 16th of December 2022 at the MTC branch in Grove Windhoek, 3weeks later account has still not been upgraded! I have phoned countless times and still no help from anyone at Spectra! This is getting ridiculous! I would not recommend Spectra to anyone!

I went to the shop with a list of stationery's 2016 for my children.<br> And I requested prices which are on the list to a lady, later another lady came to me and told me that they can not help me because they are too busy. <br> So I asked them email me the prices when they are not busy but refused to do that.<br> I don't know why they did not want to help me.<br> I can not buy a things without knowing a price. <br> <br> Hope they might see this and change their attitude.<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Thomas.
