Plastilon OTJIWARONGO - very frustrating !!!!!!!!
The OTJIWARONGO branch in Namibia is probably your worst branch by far! Terrible customer service and is VERY poorly stocked!!

Poor client service from Spectra Namibia!!!
Upgraded my account on the 16th of December 2022 at the MTC branch in Grove Windhoek, 3weeks later account has still not been upgraded! I have phoned countless times and still no help from anyone at Spectra! This is getting ridiculous! I would not recommend Spectra to anyone!
