Contacted company for prizing on 3kg plastic bags. they gave me an prize. And two of there branches give me the same prize. (Driving round trip 320 km ) on arriving at company the prize was totally different by R1200 more than spoken on phone not 2 hrs earlier. Asking the same prize as 20km from home. They did not want to give the bags at the price it was told on phone. This is very bad as i lost alot of money due to incorrect info from them (2 branches told the same prize and can not hold there word. )

Plastilon Packaging in Centurion is very ***ist! When I saw how they treat their male staff I was shocked! The females there have a very bad attitude and they rarely know what they are doing. The management is very poor and the customer care is very bad. The only good service I received was by the young male working there (thank you). I am very shocked and disappointed in that branch!

How on earth does a manager take away the phones of the Sales Consultants / Cashiers at Hennopspark outlet? I've been trying to phone the lady that usually assist me with orders just to find out the manager took the phones away of each cashier. How are you suppose to run a business if the work ethics are like this? The managers never answer their phones. This is poor work ethics.

Rietfontein Branch It is 13:55, as I am waiting infront of the line waiting to pay, the men in the right hand section are all staring at this beautiful woman shopping for boxes. Unfortunately no name tags, so I couldn't get their names. But as I am waiting to be called "next customer" I notice these men making ***ual remarks over this lady. Yes she was beautiful. Yes a man is a man. My problem comes in, I am the only client infront waiting to pay, theses guys don't notice me standing waiting, they all drool over this woman. Especially the young f@cker with the flower in his ear and his bearded buddy getting cold drinks on the other side of the counter. As I was called by one of the friendly Emmanuel, I walked up to pay, and noticed the said lady was immediately called by these ***** goats to pay. If it were my wife, two of these guys would have needed medical assistance and wheel chairs. I won't ever shop at this branch again, I've received numerous times of bad service, and buy here weekly. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Till number 24, Juanita as per my invoice, was so mean, lacking customer care... After paying all my items she kept quiet and let me like that with my items on the counter. She was not interested and kept quiet letting me to see for myself what I do with the items I bought. I asked her any plastic bag? She said I didn't say I want a bag!!! As a sign of courtesy, the expectation is to ask the customer if they want a plastic bag or not.. In her case, she felt it that it will belittle her to ask me if I need a bag not. Instead she cared less leaving me wondering thereby the counter with my items.. Indeed she showed lack of customer care..

seriously when are these people going to get it together ,why do they have a website if all you do is log in waste your data just to get NO ONE !!!!!!! to reply back ,its not only rude but very poor service!!!!wasting my time to request quotes and loosing business because of this. look at all other reviews times and still nothing.
