I am a happy customer. I had an encounter whereby I locked the car keys in the boot by mistake. My Dotsure insurance came to my rescue as quickly as possible. I like the fact that the customers do get the cash back after some time of not claiming.
I have been waiting to occupy my house and the only issue is electricity connection. which the city need to sort out. My developer has been taken from pillar to post since May 2023 even way before the City's strike. The city needs to do the trenching and they have been non responsive and ignoring the issue.. It is hard and frustrating that I am unable to occupy the house I am already paying in full due to city failing to fulfil its operational issue. I am up to date with Rates & Taxes since I bought the land.
Till number 24, Juanita as per my invoice, was so mean, lacking customer care... After paying all my items she kept quiet and let me like that with my items on the counter. She was not interested and kept quiet letting me to see for myself what I do with the items I bought. I asked her any plastic bag? She said I didn't say I want a bag!!! As a sign of courtesy, the expectation is to ask the customer if they want a plastic bag or not.. In her case, she felt it that it will belittle her to ask me if I need a bag not. Instead she cared less leaving me wondering thereby the counter with my items.. Indeed she showed lack of customer care..
I have been taken from pillar to post when I was at the office to apply for the refund. I came across incompetent staff lacking understanding what the customer wants. After taking close to 2months making trips to the municipality, I was told I was suppose to go to the 3rd Floor in order to be assisted. Upon my arrival at 3rd Floor, ( Rates & Taxes I was told that Mathapelo captured my information wrong. Instead of cancelling and processing the refund, she credited the account instead. meaning I owe the municipality instead of them refunding me. This is so frustrating to come across such incompetent personnel.
I have received an exceptional service at EMM the past week and weekend. Going for Public Service for me is always overwhelming but I've received friendly staff from the que outside. To save time, the lady was asking us what we are there for and was helpful. At the enquiries, Zanele was helpful together with Rates Department at the 3rd Floor. I was happy with the service I received. Thank you
I had an awesome experience with Hollard Insurance while taking a Maintenance Plan for my car. The lady by name of Palesa was very knowledgeable about the Product. She explained in detail and in layman's term manner. Different options were clearly defined. Comparison with few other companies on the same product was done but Hollard came out best. I am looking forward for the great relationship with Hollard.
I always get the help I need from Sunward FNB personnel. Right from the door, Andrew is so helpful. As I proceeds to the consultants, they always go extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy.
