Comparing Mr D and Checkers sixty60 these days, Checkers is the ‘stering’ Shem! They used to be on parr but these days MrD is the slowest coach Shem! Use sixty60 for faster deliveries!
I would like to thank Mall of the South Steers’ manager Rudolf. After a bad experience where I was given an order with old chips, I tried calling their landline no. which is always not available. I then saw that there was a cell no. On their receipt. I called and spoke to the manager Rudolph. He was very professional and even offered to come collect the bad chips and replace them for me. True to his word he drove to my place replaced me with fresh upsized chips! I’d been having a bad day, and his act of kindness truly lifted my spirits! I normally fear ordering via MrD Steers mall of the South and use Steers columbine square or Comaro crossing, but I think I’ll try ordering via Rudolph’s branch again.
Had the most unpleasant experience at McDonald’s Mall of the South today. Sadly most of the staff seemed to be South Africans. The computer system shows orders As being ready and coming out, yet when customers approach to collect their orders, the staff rudely tell you they call out ready orders. So the computer systems telling us our orders are ready, are just a suggestion!
No matter how much you may crave Indian food, stay away from this **** Indian restaurant! You'd sooner find a better Zimbabwean restaurant that makes batter Indian food than them. Their Biryani is thee most disgusting thing I've had to throw away. They use red food colouring on the whole thing. Their lamb looks like little red pieces of bush meat you see in Nigerian movies. Rather buy your own ingredients and youtube your way into cooking a decent Indian meal.
As one of the first customers to sign up to Rain because of my trust of my previous boss Willem Roos. The service has been consistently going downhill. I only discovered recently that Willem is longer part of Rain. This makes perfect sense to me. The way Rain is now run, is quite similar to how the South African government is being run. I requested a call back from Rain just now. I’ve gotten 2 calls just now, but the agent Lulama pretends not to hear me. I was a call centre manager in 2002 already! I know all the tricks lazy agents use to avoid working…Especially on Friday. We’re out fighting for South African youth to get school placement, jobs etc. How do you fix a country of such lazy people, who are lucky enough get employed by abo Rain, then mess these jobs!
I would like to sincerely thank Heinrich Fritz from your Alberton New Market branch. I have been trying to reactivate my internet banking, after losing my phone and changing my number. I went to 3 different branches to try getting my new number to send OTP numbers. All they could do was update my new number, but they couldn't update it, to be my new TOP no. This was sorted out by the intelligent Heinrich! Not onl;y did he understand what to do, but even understands permissions to check on my device. I wish grading systems could be brought back to banks like we had at ABSA. In our day we had grading systems, where people doing a similar job, but could be graded higher based on their level of competency. This we achieved by continually upskilling ourselves and thus being more efficient & beneficial to the bank and mostly it's customers. He deserves a raise and or a promotion. As the young people say "That man deserves a beer"... Not really a beer but you get my meaning. Also it would be nice to see a variety of Races, being employed as opposed to just having like 90% Black staff. Once again thanl you most kindly Heinrich!
I have recently discovered an excellent bakery and coffee shop! It is even better than Fournos. Their goods are delicious. They still make original fresh cream doughnuts unlike Fournos 'fresh butter cream.' I was so shocked by Fournos staff Mall of the South not knowing the difference between butter cream and fresh cream! Maybe that's why they closed down. Thank you for an excellent franchise George. Yesterday I eveark branch and their breakfast was delicious. The staff at both Brackenhust and Kempton Park are professional and friendly.
Spoke to one of thee most *****ic ANC BEE Indian/Couloured called “Mawada” I think. Young stupid people like her are definitely the catalists to the Denise of South Africa. You ask her to forward info to her general manager, that could preserve future clients, and all she’s doing is asking if she can assist you with anything else. Ja Nee! They deserve to be played by Nigerians.
People need to stay away from Edgars cell phones especially Mobicel being disguised as Specra cellphones! I was **** to about a supposed German cell phone product kanti it’s just good old fashioner useless Mobicel. Worst of all you call Spectra on 0115413300 and get through to Mobicel! Then they continue to deny their link! The competition commission needs to been made aware of this collision between Sandton City, Edgars, Mobicel and Spectra and maybe the SA German consulate! Also Vanishree Reddy Edgars customer care manager is one of those who are always having a runny stomach & can’t talk to clients! Then her 2ic Ashley is off ill as well. Maybe stay away from strong curry you 2!
Now again today I called Spectra i.e. Edgars Cell phones’ Mobicel on their underground number 0113922240 instead of the number on their business cards 0115413300 which go through to Mobicel. Speaking to their customer care advisor Thandi who advise clients Spectra is NOT LINKED TO Mobicel. When I asked her for their procurement person with Edgars she advised she doesn’t have access to that info! I asked for their manager at Spectra she too told me they have No telephone numbers for their sales people to Edgars. She the Thembi Spectra’s manager gave me the email address for Spectra sales as: accountsa4@mobicel.co.za YET THESE ARE NOT LINKED COMPANIES AS PER THANDI & PHUMLA & THEMBI! This is the height of BEE employers & employees! No brains whatsoever!
