Poor client service from Spectra Namibia!!!

Upgraded my account on the 16th of December 2022 at the MTC branch in Grove Windhoek, 3weeks later account has still not been upgraded! I have phoned countless times and still no help from anyone at Spectra! This is getting ridiculous! I would not recommend Spectra to anyone!
