Good day I ordered and paid for delivery 3 landline phones from Speed Connection or 360 Group SA Pty Ltd it's being 4 months waiting for the phones when you call the company numbers does go through and the WhatsApp number I think this company is a ***** account.

I have to admit, I am an annoying customer and at more times than I would like to admit. To the team there at Speed Connection and to Sfiso who I just got off the phone with. Thank you, thank you guys for always being patient with me. I am more technical than most but not close to your level "yet" Hence why I keep breaking things and you guys keep helping me fix them. I truly dont know what I'd do or where I would be without your support over the many years. Thank you so much, my PBX and phones are running as they should, I'm over the moon:)

I’ve been waiting for proper assistance since Tuesday, and the level of service has been honestly disappointing. I updated all my business contacts across social media and my website to the new landline, yet it feels like no one on their side takes this seriously. The last message I got was on Monday, telling me to sign out. After that, nothing. I was told to add the PBX, which I did and paid for, and still no update or explanation. This has turned into the most frustrating service experience I’ve ever had. My previous virtual landline provider never put me through this kind of stress. What makes it worse is that there doesn’t seem to be any proper customer care department. It honestly feels like the one person I’m dealing with is the only one working there. The business has potential, but the owner clearly doesn’t seem to care enough to build a proper support team. They really need to hire people who can handle customers professionally. All I want is clarity on what’s happening and when my line will finally work with the welcome greeting. At this point, if they can’t sort it out, I’d rather get a refund and move back to my old provider. The whole situation is ridiculous and shows a serious lack of customer care.

Only that there's no option for 0 star, I would give them that. This is the second time I report this business called SPEED CONNECTION. They also call themselves, 360 Group SA (Pty) Ltd. This business advertise in the internet as landline providers. To shorten my story, I ordered for the landline number, they sent the number but it's not working. They suggested I buy the desk phone of which I did. They did not deliver and are not reachable even on phone call, whatsap or email. Speed Connection or 360 Group SA are ****mers!

They call themselves Speed Connection. But when Invoicing they are 360 Group SA (Pty) Ltd and are using Tymebank. I was looking for a landline number, they helped me quickly. But you can't call the number since there's a lot of noise in the line. The guy advised that I should recharge and I did that the following day. But still, I can't make a call even recharging. I can't login to check balance also as it keeps rejecting the username created as my login details. The guy again advised that mobile phones usually have problems when it comes to connecting to landline numbers, but it works better with desk phones. I ordered the desk phone and he promised it would be delivered to me on Tuesday (it was Friday). Today is another Friday, there's nothing yet delivered to me. Their Capetown line as well as their 010 line contacts or whatsapp are not working. My landline number is also "not available" when you try to call it. If this company is not ****mers they must come up and fix this because I feel ****med.

I app**** for the voip PABX service with them and fast they responded and I paid for the service,but still get invoices saying I should pay,they gave me my landline number and asked me to pay for the airtiime which I paid and till now still have not received that airtime,when i call,whatsapp and contact them with their live chat ,no one answers ,so to my suprise my account is now suspended,just within one week having it,carefull guys they are just ****** and ****mers

I ordered my home based business landline on Friday the 3rd and was assisted by a guy called Lucky, I got my landline number same day and received my phone on Monday (Though he advised that I will receive it on Tuesday). That was delighting for me as I needed the line urgently, I give them 10 stars😃😃😃
