They call themselves Speed Connection. But when Invoicing they are 360 Group SA (Pty) Ltd and are using Tymebank. I was looking for a landline number, they helped me quickly. But you can't call the number since there's a lot of noise in the line. The guy advised that I should recharge and I did that the following day. But still, I can't make a call even recharging. I can't login to check balance also as it keeps rejecting the username created as my login details. The guy again advised that mobile phones usually have problems when it comes to connecting to landline numbers, but it works better with desk phones. I ordered the desk phone and he promised it would be delivered to me on Tuesday (it was Friday). Today is another Friday, there's nothing yet delivered to me. Their Capetown line as well as their 010 line contacts or whatsapp are not working. My landline number is also "not available" when you try to call it. If this company is not ****mers they must come up and fix this because I feel ****med.
