Pathetic customer service
They have several names/web sites, but they trade under Speedquip. Their website says they're open 24/7, they have 2 Whatsapp numbers but when you order on a Saturday, over a long weekend, they're closed. When you order, you don't get a confirmation of your order. They have WA numbers for chatting/customer service, but they can't be bothered to actually answer questions. And when I ordered and paid for items, they didn't send the full order. When I asked them about it, they didn't bother to even answer or apologise.

11 Apr 2026, 09:40Add to this, they tell me after I enquired, Oh we only had one item of the 2 you ordered and paid for. I had to tell them the shipment was short. They didn't bother to tell me, sorry we can only ship one, we'll refund you.
