Amazing! Submitted a website issue and someone called within 20 minutes. Also pointed out their website checkout prices not being correct and she said they've reported it accordingly.
I've now sent two emails to them telling them the CCTV camera I bought online on their website, doesn't work correctly and they've just not responded. I've clicked their links for "contact us" and checked the email address on other links to confirm it's correct. It's the only way they provide for queries and issues.
I arrived around 9am. Staff(the driver included) were in a meeting. The item I needed was not in store but would be collected from the warehouse in an hour or 2. I paid cash and left after being asked if I'd like to wait. I chose to leave, I'd be called back when it arrived within an hour. The sales manager Pravesh helped me. 3 hours later I'm still waiting for a callback. I called and was told the driver only just arrived. Pravesh says, sorry man, he was in a meeting, the item is there. How many meetings do they have? Are meetings more important than clients?
0 score, not even 1 star. Order placed November. It's now March. No refund, no delivery. They don't even keep to their own 30 day, no delivery, full refund policy. Their argument, sorry the seller shipped the package. Not to mention that the package has been sitting with their courier (Buffalo) since 24 January, IN SOUTH AFRICA, JHB, Kempton Park. 30kms away and they haven't delivered it.
Ordered 7th December 2022, still no delivery. And as for a refund which they offer after 30 business days if no delivery, they're also just ignoring their own policy. They should be taken to court for stealing and fraud.
Ordered an item on Banggood. This useless company was used without my consideration. I received info regarding my item being at customs, 3 days after being shipped from China, waiting for me to pay the clearance, I paid it the same day. 5 days later I'm still waiting for an update, the tracking still says "tax paid" No answer to support tickets, the phones are not being answered and no response to emails asking where my parcel is and why it's not being delivered.
Rather don't buy items from Snatcher. Their service is great. But they sell ****.
Good prices, great customer service. Shipping could be faster. Also be careful of some poorly made "china mall" type items they're selling.
I ordered a powertool battery. I received a battery charger almost a week later, the brown box, not even OEM packaging was labelled incorrectly . I was then told they have asked their supplier to check stock and get back to them. How long should I wait for that? If the supplier doesn't get back to them, I also get no feedback. I was asked for a collection address for the incorrect item, I supplied it. The next day I asked what was happening, I was told they're still awaiting feedback from the supplier and my collection address. They havent even read my reply email on their ticket system. Pathetic service. Clicking on the "Did I resolve your query?" button in their email, I replied and didnt even get a reply from the specific person who was named at the top. Never again.
Why do you not teach your service providers how to use your services. Why must I struggle to use R40 out of my eWallet because your ATM's dont provide smaller denominations? Sayinig I can use it to pay at a shop is a laugh, not one SPAR or PnP shop I've been to, actually knows how to use it. Times are tough for everyone. luckily, when money is short, PnP offers several alternative payment methods. Unfortunately they dont know how to use them. This morning I was stuck at PnP Campus Square for 30 minutes, eventually stranded in the mall, no items, no cash, no points, no way to exit the parking, because the cashiers and supervisors did not know how to use my FNB Ewallet payment. They entered the information to the system, trying several ways, not sure how because the system asked for information they seemingly did not have or wasnt good enough as provided by FNB. This removed my available PnP points, I have to wait 24 hours to get them back and I still cant use the money left in my eWallet. This goes for FNB as well as PnP. If you offer a service, learn how to use if first before leaving people stranded due to your incompetence.
