Speedquip non-performance !!

I ordered and paid for GLOW PLUGS for a LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 2 TD5. This after 2 (TWO) confirmed requests that these are the parts that I require. The parts delivered were nowhere near the described item. 3 requests for explanations from SPEEDQUIP have met with no response. Bunch of ****mers and I will go to every length to blacklist them on every platform! Speedquip be advised - your day of reckoning will come!! Pity Hellopeter's ratings do not go into the negatives!
