Will VODACOM please resolve their service-level problems to the residents of BARRYDALE!!! We have been experiencing intermittent lack of connectivity for the past 2 weeks which loss of connectivity often lasts for up to 45 minutes at a stretch! Complaints to VODACOM are met with disdain and typical 'sefrican' responses. Shame on you VODACOM!
5 weeks ago AMAZON suspended my selling privileges. LP Clocks is a registered Amazon merchant since April 2024. Some 'person' at AMAZON decided that LP Clocks infringed some copyright/ trademark infringement. No due diligence study. No communication. A unilateral decision. Period. An appeal was lodged. No acknowledgement of receipt, no correspondence, nothing!!!Whoever decided goes home every evening in the knowledge that he/she will draw a salary a t month-end. The local, RSA entrepreneur must just suffer. 4 follow-up e-mails/website enquirers have borne no results. So sad. Shame on you AMAZON!!!!
I scheduled a PUDO collection from Barrydale to Mossel Bay. The lockers at OK Barrydale were off-line, I telephoned The Courier Guy, Heidelberg and , totally unfazed, the collection arrangements were sorted. I was then advised that Postnet Mossel Bay refuses to accept any Courier Guy deliveries and did I have an alternate address. The parcel was safely delivered the next day. Thank you, The Courier Guy, Heidelberg - you continue to hold your Company's name high!
I had a problem with being 'forced' to accept marketing material/sms's when requesting a quotation. Sent an e-mail instead and mentioned this. Almost immediately the MD, Mr A Reed, mailed an apology to me and cc'd me in on his correspondence with their IT partner. They have worked on their website and this anomaly could've crept in. I thanked Mr Reed. Not 10 minutes later the quotation was on my desk. What a breath of fresh air amid the complacency and downright bad service we have come to accept as the norm in Sefrika. May Aqua-Net continue to thrive and prosper!
I was considering writing a NEGATIVE review about my on-going problem on this platform but after reading past reviews on HelloPeter and noting Capitec's stock response to ALL negative reviews - "Capitec Bank’s reply 26 Feb 2025 at 18:40 Good day ++++ Thank you for letting us know of your concern, and for your patience while we explore this matter. We have assigned your query to a designated official who will contact you within the next business day. Kind regards Capitec Bank " - have decided not to. I will try the Banking Ombudsman instead.
