Bad service and no respect for clients/customers
The guy is the insurance chosen guy and he seems to have too much on his plate that 10 days since claim is made he is not bothered that he has not done the job and so does the insurance co. He has a very bad attitude maybe his hands are too full to prioritise good customer care and manners. A very bad service and there are better plumbing service in the area but this insurance chooses these people. No better than most government services
