It’s unfortunate when people leave negative reviews simply because it comes to payment — like in the case of Mr. Jackie from Hooggety Guest House.

A clear quote was provided for labour only, as all materials were supposed to be supp**** by Mr. Jackie, and the necessary prep work was also his responsibility. However, during the job, additional work was requested, and Speedy Plumbers went the extra mile — we not only did the prep work ourselves, but also covered the cost of materials and even assisted with the electrician’s tasks.

When the final invoice was issued, it included only the actual labour and materials purchased by Speedy Plumbers — no extras, no hidden costs. We didn’t even charge for petrol or mileage to collect the materials.

So, Mr. Jackie, is it really unfair to expect reimbur*****t for the materials we paid for out of pocket?
